-Susan worked for Kaiser for 30 years beginning in Member Relations in 1980 and from 1984-2010 as an " Expanded Care Resource Coordinator" she helped frail elderly members remain in their own homes thereby delaying or preventing a need for nursing home care and Medicaid assistance.  She was highly dedicated to the well-being of those frail elderly members and the dream that elders and their families could receive expanded in-home support under an innovative Kaiser benefit. Her Expanded Care team members held her in their highest regard.
